All services of HIRANOTRAINING are fully subject to these terms and conditions, unless they have been amended or supplemented by written agreements.

1. General information

HIRANOTRAINING provides personal training, mental training and presentations/workshops. The services of HIRANOTRAINING are designed to optimize the overall personal performance and personality development. Basically, one training session lasts one hour. In order that the training can be planned seriously, an appointment should be fixed at least one week before. The first two individual training sessions can be charged to a subscription. The subscription for 10 training sessions is valid for 6 months, the subscription for 20 training sessions is valid for 12 months.

2. Prices and terms of payment

If you have booked single training session or a subscription, the full amount must be transferred by bank within 10 days after the first training session. Each payment reminder will be charged at 20 Swiss Francs due to additional administrative expenses. The indicated prices are excluding value-added-tax (8.1%), but excluding any expenses (km allowance, 1.50.- / km). Also not included in the price is the rental of any localities such as sports halls, fitness centres, indoor swimming pools or any other sports facility.

3. Health questionnaire

The health questionnaire with the required health information and training objectives must be completed at the beginning. This questionnaire is compulsory for every customer of HIRANOTRAINING (especially for personal training). The customer is obligated to answer the questions truthfully and inform HIRANOTRAINING if any issue is changing during the course.  The more personal information, the more individual, efficient and effective the training can be designed.

4. Insurance

The customer is aware of the fact that there is always a health risk in physical training. The conclusion of an appropriate insurance is the responsibility of the customer. HIRANOTRAINING declines any liability for accidents and illnesses.

5. Privacy policy

Any personal data collected is subject to data protection and will be treated with absolute confidentiality. The trainer is subject to confidentiality.

6. Cancellation of appointments

If the appointment has to be changed, the customer has to inform HIRANOTRAINING 36 hours before the training. For later changes the half of a training will be charged. No-shows will be charged with the full tariff (exception of illness or accident). If the customer arrives up to 20min late, the training will be shortened. After 20min, the training expires and will be fully charged. In addition, 50 Swiss Francs will be charged. If the coach is delayed, the missing time will be added. In case of any cancellation the training will be done later or the already paid amount will be paid back.

7. Rescission in case of illness or accident

If a subscription can no longer be used due to illness or accident, the service may be obtained at a later date, after a corresponding medical certificate has been issued. By arrangement, the trainings can also be transferred to another person. No training will be refunded. 

8. Restricted use

In the case of temporary restrictions on the services or reductions in the offer range, the customer is not entitled to a price reduction or reimbursement.

9. Explanation of the first meeting

The first non-binding meeting and the completion of the health questionnaire is important due to receive valuable information on how to reach the personal objectives. The better and more concrete the objectives are, the more effective and targeted the trainings.

10. Explanation of the voucher

All offers of the personal training, as well as the mental training can be issued as value voucher.

11. Special conditions for pupils and students

Students receive a 10% discount on the regular price.  

12. Contract conclusion

The contract is legally binding with the ticking and mutual signing. The terms and conditions of HIRANOTRAINING are hereby acknowledged.
