RESET

RESET is a 30-minute breathwork and mind session for anyone who wants to pause for a moment in their everyday life and recharge their batteries. Targeted breathing techniques promote concentration and regeneration and help to realign body and mind. Ideal for a conscious reset over lunch to start the afternoon feeling refreshed and improve the quality of your sleep in the evening.

FOCUS FLOW – CIRCUIT TRAINING

FOCUS FLOW is a functional circuit training program that combines strength, movement, and concentration. Flowing transitions and clear sequences challenge the body and sharpen focus. The session ends with a short mental sequence, such as a breathing exercise or a body scan, to guide the body into regeneration. Ideal for anyone who wants to develop physical resilience and mental strength at the same time.

INNER STRENGTH PILATES

INNER STRENGTH PILATES is a strengthening Pilates session with mental techniques to promote inner and outer strength. The class strengthens the deep muscles, improves posture, and supports a stable, resilient core. Ideal for anyone who wants to develop their physical strength and mental fortitude in a targeted and sustainable way.

BODY & MIND BOOTCAMP

BODY & MIND BOOTCAMP is a challenging functional training program that combines strength, endurance, and coordination. The sessions are clearly structured and require both physical performance and mental presence. Focus, stamina, and resilience are trained through varied exercise phases, clean execution, and conscious mental impulses. A course for anyone who wants to challenge themselves and become stronger, both physically and mentally, step by step.
